Can you spare a few hours a week? We are looking for new volunteers within our friendly Chepstow shop to work on the shop floor. We couldn’t help animals in the local area without the wonderful people who give their time volunteering with us. No experience is necessary and full training is provided. If you think this could be you please pop into the store to get an application form or email [email protected].

A polite notice to our customers, we are unable to accept donations after 1pm, this is due to the increasing temperatures in our stockrooms and to ensure a safe working environment for our team. You can continue to donate any time between 9:30am and 1pm. This will be ongoing for the next few days. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. 🐾🐾🐾🐾

Hello to the lovely people of Chepstow and surrounding areas, we are once again appealing for your lovely unwanted items specifically summer clothes and footwear, especially mens! And bric a brac. We had a fantastic response to our last appeal but we are selling items very quickly and once again stocks are low. We are appealing once again for your lovely donations. We have been receiving lots of clothing but bric’a’brac is desperately needed, think homeware, trinkets, books, beauty, vinyl etc. You can easily donate at the front of our shop Monday to Saturday between 9:30am and 4pm. If you’re unsure what you can donate we do have lists in store and volunteers or management will be able to help. Thank you so much 🐾🐶🐴🐭🦊🐹🐱🐇🦆🐰🐥🐾

A notice to our customers, we will be closed throughout tomorrow Wednesday the 6th of May as the team attend the funeral of a much loved volunteer, Sarah Beames. A cherished volunteer who always went above and beyond for the charity over the ten years she was with us. She will be greatly missed by staff, customers and all the dogs that knew and loved her.
