Yodel & CollectPlus - Unofficial Complaints Group Yodel Service Centre

*WARNING!!*
Don't use Yodel!!! -
They allow drivers to mark things as delivered and then steal your parcels, when you contact the number it's a call centre in another country that have no idea about anything, can't help you and tell you things just to pacify you for a while!

When you contact the complaints team they just tell you repeatedly theyre looking into it, that the parcel can't be located, and basically shrug their shoulders!

Yodel employ thieves at Preston service centre and are obviously not bothered about doing so!

*Been chasing this for 2.5weeks now, it hasn't been returned to sender, sender has advised me to contact the police as this is now stolen!
