The 1:10 Reality of Grassroots Football 🛑
It’s not just a skill gap; it’s an ACCESS gap.
For every 10 boys' games happening on our local pitches, there is only 1 game for the girls. We are championing the 10% who are already on the pitch, but it’s time to unlock the gates for the other 90%.

We’re standing firmly behind the Red Roses as they take to the pitch. But while we cheer for the pros, we’re focussed on the grass-roots grind, the early mornings, the wet training sessions and the relentless drive of every girl who refuses to quit.

As older generation players, we are amazed that young girls are still experiencing negativity when they play sport.
This can be in the school playground, down the local park and sadly even on the sidelines at their games or events

These comments can be subtle, loud or even just a look. A simple ‘no girls can’t play’, or a lack of opportunities locally to get involved.

Girls should not be questioning whether they can play sports, whether they can join in, whether there is space for them

We created this brand, these slogans, so girls and women feel represented, seen and supported.

We offer individual tops, team training bibs and kits bags, work with teams and schools to raise the profile and belonging for girls who play sports.

Girls love them, women feel represented and parents love seeing their daughter feel confident and empowered playing the sport she loves

A year ago, she struggled with confidence.

She didn’t feel comfortable in new situations.
She doubted herself.
But she still showed up.

Fast forward to today…
She’s:
• Attending residential goalkeeper camps on her own
• Trialling for academies
• Stepping into environments that once felt impossible

This isn’t just about football.
This is about courage.
This is about growth.
This is about believing in yourself.
