The Clevedon Sunday Market runs on the first Sunday of every month from Feb to Dec.

Market Hall holds a very special place in our hearts, as not only one of the most beautiful historic buildings in Clevedon, but also the place we held the first Sunday Market ten years ago!

I'm sure you've all heard the amazing news that the Clevedon Pier and Heritage Trust have now acquired this amazing building 👏.

When they heard we were a little low on space this Sunday (no Princes Hall remember), they have kindly offered for us to use their car park again!

Watch this space, hopefully it is a relationship that will continue to grow ❤️.

Signs are up! The observant amongst you may notice that the Princes Hall has been covered up. Just a little reminder that we are outdoors only this time. But, we will still have 75 stalls so plenty to see! 🤗

🌮 Great live music deserves great food, and we're delighted to welcome Salsa Stories to Queen's Square Open Air on Saturday 5th Sept, as part of amplify! Festival! 🎶

A regular favourite at the Clevedon Sunday Market since 2022, Salsa Stories handcraft their small-batch artisan salsas, butter bean hummus and guacamole from their Bristol kitchen. Inspired by a treasured family recipe and childhood visits to the United States, they combine fresh ingredients with unique flavour combinations to create delicious dips full of authentic flavour. 🌶️

Alongside their delicious dips, they'll be serving up their popular vegetarian and vegan chipotle black bean chimichangas – packed with flavour, high in protein and fibre, and perfect for enjoying while soaking up an afternoon of incredible live music in Queen's Square. 😋

We're so pleased that, thanks to our partnership with The Clevedon Sunday Market Salsa Stories will be joining the fantastic line-up of local food traders helping to keep festival-goers fuelled throughout the day.

☕ Great live music deserves great coffee, and we're delighted to welcome Creed to Clevedon Bandstand on Sunday 6th September as part of amplify! Festival! 🎶

Serving from SHORE, their beautifully restored horse trailer coffee box, Creed will be keeping festival-goers refreshed with delicious hot and cold drinks, alongside a tempting selection of sweet and savoury snacks throughout the day 🍰☕

Set against the backdrop of one of Clevedon's most iconic landmarks, Creed Coffee couldn't be a more fitting addition to our Sunday celebrations. As you enjoy everything from community choirs and emerging young talent to classical, contemporary and experimental performances, you'll also be able to grab a coffee, a bite to eat and soak up the relaxed atmosphere by the sea. Better still, Lily the Pink, Clevedon's much-loved community piano, will be making her Bandstand debut, inviting everyone to sit down and play between performances. 🎹

We're so grateful for our partnership with The Clevedon Sunday Market, which has helped bring together a fantastic line-up of local food and drink traders across the festival weekend. With the market taking place on Sunday too, it's the perfect opportunity to wander between the stalls, enjoy live music at the Bandstand, and follow the amplify! musical trail through venues across Clevedon as the festival continues into its final day. 💚

🎭 Prepare to be transported, as Katy Garden Soprano brings her beautiful voice to Clevedon’s Grade II listed Bandstand on Sunday 6th September as part of amplify! at 15:45 🎶

Canadian-born soprano Katy Garden is a versatile performer whose passion for storytelling shines through every performance. From beloved classical works and musical theatre favourites to smooth jazz standards and contemporary pop, Katy creates memorable musical experiences for audiences of all ages ✨

After studying at the Vancouver Academy of Music and completing a Master’s degree with Distinction at the Royal College of Music, London, Katy has enjoyed a varied career as a performer and teacher. She is also a regular performer at Royal Ballet & Opera pre-screening events at Curzon Cinema Clevedon and has recently performed in candlelit concerts, including at The Riff Corner 🎶

Between the Bandstand’s scheduled performances, Lily the Pink, Clevedon’s much-loved community piano, will be open for budding pianists and other instrumentalists to play. Open mic slots are approximately 12:45, 14:15 and 16:15 – bring your instrument and join in! 🎹

There’ll be plenty to eat and drink too thanks to The Clevedon Sunday Market, with Creed Coffee serving from SHORE, Ababos Cuisine bringing traditional Ethiopian food to the seafront, and cider from our principal sponsor Wild West Cider 🍛☕🍎

Coming up in just under three weeks time! Make sure the date is in your diary, and remember that unfortunately we can't be in the Princes Hall this time. But we will still have lots of amazing stalls outside, including a lot more 'suitcase' stalls giving more new traders the chance to join us this month.

If you have been living under a rock, you may not know that the Sunday Market is just one part of this seriously exciting weekend for Clevedon! Make sure you are following Clevedon Live Music so you can find out all about the amazing amplify! festival being held over 4 days this year. I am delighted to be helping out this time, working with traders to bring you lovely food and drink over the whole festival weekend.

The Sunday Market will run as usual on the Sunday from 10am until 2pm (minus the Princes Hall). But there will be plenty going on over the whole weekend to keep you busy! Keep an eye on our socials 👀.
