For more than 12 years, Nepal has been at the heart of Mimi & Thomas.

Our cashmere collection is made for us by a wonderful family-run business in Nepal — people we have worked with and trusted for many years, and whose skill and craftsmanship are behind so many of the pieces you have bought, worn and gifted.

So the news of the devastating floods in Nepal has felt particularly close to home.

We are incredibly relieved that our long-standing suppliers, their families and factory team are safe.

But the devastation across Nepal has affected so many families and communities, and we still very much want to do what we can to help.

A little boat trip along the beautiful Welsh coastline — Abersoch to Llanbedrog and on to Pwllheli — sunshine, sea air and absolutely no plans to tame the hair. 😂

My Eau de Nil pure cashmere button poncho came along for the ride. Soft, light and just the perfect layer when that sea breeze rolls in. Worn buttoned up, draped loose, or simply thrown around my shoulders.
