Good morning all!

How much do you really know about your feet and how to look after them?

If you didn't already hear Dr Xand and Dr Chris's show on Radio 4 this morning, it was a fascinating, really informative programme. Their expert guest was a podiatrist who explains all about feet, their structure, the mechanics, what we can do help ourselves and when to seek professional support. Treat yourself to a listen. It's always an interesting programme but we thought our customers would find it particularly useful. The main item starts at 10 mins in if you want to get straight to it!

Spring Trainers edit! Here are just a few of the 50 trainer styles in stock at Lexden Shoes this Spring...plus a couple of teasers of other styles of shoe.

I chose mostly colours that go with my blue based Summer colouring, but could equally have picked colourways that would suit folk who suit different colour palettes. 🎨
