So many vegan goodies at Stroud markets this morning. Not captured here, the huge queue for the fresh falafels, which are always amazing and worth waiting in line for & both the Chinese & Indian in Merrywalks food hall listing vegan options, plus the coffee kiosk shown in photo (& I apologise for not noticing the name of) that had 4 different vegan cakes plus no extra charge for plant milks 🙌
I resisted the delicious looking cakes at Vegan Vacanza but the hot food was amazing, so many flavours.
At the greengrocer next to her, picked a bag of fresh turmeric & ginger root plus some interesting looking chilli’s.

Just saw this… WTF ?
I won’t name the supermarket but hmm, they’re saying a chicken is “not just fuel, it’s a daily pleasure” to eat.

A chicken is not fuel, but a living being, worthy of compassion and its own pleasure to live a life longer than a few bleak weeks before being eaten!

Most chickens have more space when dead & in an oven, than they ever had whilst living 😞

Had to try Cream Dream near Covent Garden, London… my bad photos do not give these beautiful pastries justice, & so hard to choose as they all look amazing. I also had an almond croissant which I was delighted to discover was filled with vanilla custard. All that & they do a dinner menu too, which I’ll make sure I try when next in London 💚

The best start to the day, an amazing vegan big breakfast outside in the Sunshine 🌞 tastes even better when spent in the very best of company.

Went a bit Jackson Po***ck with the HP sauce and the Facon was far crispier than it looks here… what a start to the day!
