tal damage caused but take great care with your items as if they were our own.We will consider the offer of a full or partial refund of the cost of the job, for unsatisfactory results, should they fall below the level of expectation we set upon when agreeing work. This will not include additional materials purchased for the job and we are unable to offer compensation for the original cost of your item. To eliminate accidental damage we prefer not to wash or iron your items but can do so on request. Some tasks will require us to steam or iron your item and we will follow the garments care labels. We ask items reach us in a clean condition and may need pressing prior to wear.We agree repairs on a trust-basis and will be upfront about the results we can attain. If we feel were unable to carry out the work to a high standard or do not have suitable tools required, we may decline your order but will offer advice to the best of our knowledge on where you can find a solution.We are a small business and charge transparent & fairly, based on labour and materials. Because of this, we can offer an affordable, bespoke service tailored to your requirements and will do our best to fulfil your request.Our item price may vary elsewhere, due to selling and listing fees. (Such as Etsy/eBay)We happily accept PayPal, either Friends & Family or Business, cash and bank transfers are also accepted. We use brand new materials unless otherwise stated. We do recycle & reuse some materials, but this is strictly for agreed projects or our personal use.We welcome donations of materials of any kind to help reduce waste.We capture and post images of our repairs work, before/after and use brand / slogan hashtags to capture audiences. We may also publish private messages received for visual feedback, but we never reveal your identity or discuss your information/orders with other customers.If you have pet, skin or other allergies please alert us before exchanging items so we can discuss precautions.*Our face covers have not been government or WHO approved & we do not recommend use by small children, toddlers, babies or those with a mobility issue who would be unable to remove the cover from their mouth/nose quickly, should they need to.
