A little look back at where it all began… 🤍
Willow in White actually started with my own wedding dress shopping experience.
I remember wanting it to feel special, but the reality was a little different. I never really felt at home in the big, flashy bridal shops, and I came away feeling disappointed that something I’d looked forward to so much hadn’t felt quite how I’d imagined.
And I suppose that stayed with me.
I wanted to create something a little different. Somewhere that felt personal, where the dresses had individuality and where brides could relax, enjoy the experience and feel completely themselves.
So in 2019, I took the plunge and opened the doors to Willow in White in St Brides Major.
Fast forward to today, and we’re now in our little home on Cowbridge High Street, with beautiful designers, so many lovely brides and plenty of lessons learned along the way.
It’s been a journey, and there is so much that goes on behind the scenes that you don’t always see. But the reason I started has never really changed.
I wanted to create the kind of experience I wish I’d had myself.
