I LEFT CORPORATE LIFE TO GIVE WOMEN THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I WISH IāD HAD. š¤
And somehow, along the way, Willow in White became so much more than just a bridal boutique.
It became my biggest challenge.
My biggest risk.
My biggest achievement.
Running your own business sounds glamorous until youāre trying to do it alongside school runs, children, family life, a house that never seems finished, and all the normal chaos that comes with being a mum.
There are days I question everything.
Days when I feel like Iām not doing enough at home, and not doing enough at work.
Days when the admin, the finances, the decisions and the responsibility feel overwhelming.
And then a bride walks through the door.
She finds the dress.
She looks in the mirror and you see that moment on her face.
You get to be part of one of the biggest moments of her life.
And I remember exactly why I did it.
I wanted to create the experience I wish Iād had.
Somewhere that felt special.
Somewhere that felt personal.
Somewhere you could actually enjoy finding your dress.
Iām still figuring it all out.
Some days I feel like Iām absolutely smashing it.
Other days⦠Iām winging it completely. š
But Iām incredibly proud of what Willow in White has become.
And even with all the highs, lows, juggling, doubt and chaosā¦
I wouldnāt swap it for the corporate life I left behind. š¤
Hereās to the women building something of their own ā while trying to keep everything else going too.
I see you!
