Some things you’ll do for the perfect shot! 😂 Yes, that’s us dressed in bedsheets in in Derry (great feed first 😋)

Definitely a conversation starter and the kids even got a few tips from the locals 🤣Only in lovely Derry ❤️

You can only imagine the chaos behind this shot 😂 I even brought a smoke machine because apparently bedsheets weren’t dramatic enough! 👻💨

We had a brilliant 24 hours at - although I’m not sure they knew what they were letting themselves in for when we arrived with extra bedsheets 😂

A lovely thing happened today 🥰

A girl who started out as a complete beginner in one of my sewing classes and who is now a friend sent me a post very similar to this.

And it made me smile because look at her now. She’s gone on to achieve so much with her own sewing, teaching and inspiring others too. ❤️

It made me think about how you never really know where that first little bit of encouragement might lead.🥰

I’ve had many people tell me over the years that something I shared made them pick up a sewing machine, have a go, start sewing again or believe they could actually make something themselves. It’s really what lights the fire 🔥

And honestly, that’s one of the best parts of what I do.

So today I want to turn it around…
