Thank you to all the volunteers who turned up this morning for the Bread and Butter Thing. We were a bit low on numbers and it was very hot and sticky working but as always we were ready for service on time.
Whilst we were busy packing bags, we had a surprise visit from one of the Environmental Health Officers who had come to check out both the hub and how Kirsty runs it. I'm very pleased to tell you all that we got a maximum 5* for both Kirsty and the hub. Perhaps it's a good thing we delayed our hydration break until we'd finished packing.🥵
Volunteers past and present thank you. We could not run this service without you and if anyone feels they might like to join us please come along one Friday morning to see what it's all about and talk to us.

Wonderful Mens Breakfast today. 15 gentleman came along for a a breakfast bun (sausage bacon and egg, any variation) and a nice cup of tea or coffee. Varied conversation going on around the table. If you fancy joining us next month we start at 9.30 till 11.00 on Monday 15th June. Thank you also to our amazing volunteers Mark and Jack.
