In Daniel 7, the prophet Daniel dreams of four fierce beasts rising from a turbulent sea. These terrifying creatures symbolize four successive global empires that would rule the ancient world and impact God's people before the eternal kingdom of God is established. The first beast represented the Babylonian empire, 2nd was the Medo-Persian empire, the 3rd was the Greek empire and the 4th is the Roman Empire.

The Bible can be seen as an accurate history book to some as well as the other ways we see it, God's word can tell us alot in life and is alive and active, this book isn't just a book. Daniel and the book of Revelations are often studied together because they hold prophecy of the end times as we can see these empires are true, depicted from a long time ago in the Bible - the 3rd Empire was under Alexander the greats ruling...get ready now as the Lords return is soon!

This Bible passage is written in imagery and metaphors. I know that the word beast is to mean a kingdom usually in the context of this last book of the Bible and some of it is fairly clear it serves as a warning and I think we can clearly detect the use of technology here too. There is a mark and it's for the use of buying and selling this is to be avoided at all costs...we know to worship the image and to get the mark would mean eternal separation from God and you would then be marked by the beast as one of those people not in the book of life and so therefore not saved by the Lamb; our Lord Jesus.

Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

The Lord supplies our most important needs which is Salvation in Him and peace, joy, love and faith things which we need everyday and cannot do without...he is also the bread of life and in the Lords prayer we are taught to ask for our daily bread this isn't just a spiritual need it's also our physical provisions.

Come to Jesus...He is a prayer away...!
