I am in the process of changing my phone number. Please do not call me until I have contacted all my customers with a new number. I will add a description of a product you have ordered from me when I contact you so that you know it genuine. If in doubt check my google listing the correct number will be put there. If you call and speak to anyone other than Fiona or Ross please hang up.

Public announcement..... Norry Custom Designs does not make cold calls nor pays for a third party to make cold calls. If you have received an unexpected call claiming to be from Norry Custom Designs. it is most likely my number has been spoofed. If you have experienced this I apologise. My carrier is looking into this for me. I only make phone calls to customers who request to be contacted by phonecall and it will only be myself you will speak to (or my husband if I am at home but out of the room and he will hand you over to me once he has answered) If you get anyone else calling you it is a scam please hang up and do not give out any personal details.

This year was my busiest yet. I know I say that every year but I was really kept on my toes. I went on holiday getting as many orders out as I could fit in and told myself... no work in the holidays you need a break. So I have kept it to a minimum. To those who have called, emailed, texted and messaged I will be back at work on the 6th of January. Happy Hogmanay when it comes and see you in 2026.

I nipped into Saltire Games today and picked up these awesome Doonhamer challege coins. I sponsored the event but wasn't able to attend but by all accounts it was a success and I will be looking at my availability for next years event. I will however be at the Celtic Gup GT again this year.

The service I use to create custom catalogues for customers is being discontinued. For the first time I will be offering the option to order your items directly from my website with different options for customisation. PLease note that all orders will be sent to the supplier as usual on mondays at 12.30pm. Designs must be approved before ordering as stated on each listing. I am still working on the website and I will be adding categories once I have listed enough items.

Clothing set at a standard rate. Orders are sent to my supplier on Mondays at 12pm and will take 1-2 weeks to complete.

Every year before the schools go back I get a handful of calls about school uniforms. At Norry Custom Designs I understand that uniforms can be expensive especially if you have more than 1 child so buying cheaper uniforms and having them embroidered yourself can be a cheaper alternative however the rules are very strict regarding the personalisation of uniforms. As it stands I do not hold a school contract and this is for a few reasons mostly being it would require a much larger operation than I have set up here. doing uniforms would eat up most of my time. There are exceptions to this rule. Leavers hoodies for example. I provide leavers hoodies for a few schools in the area and this is done solely through the administrator at the school. I do not offer an individualised service for this. Also I do provide alternative items for a few people whose children have sensory issues and this is done again with permission from the school administrator and they are only specific items not provided by the current contract holder. I am very strict about this. Every year the councils decide who wins the bid for the contracts for school uniform and those providers have exclusive rights to do so. As it should be. If you have uniforms that you would like me to embroider you must contact your school office and have them contact me, I only work with schools through official channels. This is to protect my own operation. If your school declines the request then I will not take on the work. Generally speaking the school will only accept the request if it is in relation to disability or sensory issues. I get a lot of calls at this time of the year obviously as people like to start the school year with new uniforms for their children but the downside to this is that the school offices are closed so permission can not be given until they open. I will pin this post for the next few weeks.

I am not taking any new orders for the time being. I am taking visitors at my studio by appointment only until I have caught up with my current orders. I will be doing all admin in the evenings to streamline my operation so there may be a delay in my responses during this busy time.
