Healing begins the moment you understand that caring for yourself is not something to feel guilty for. After narcissistic abuse, you have to become a whole new you and slowly start finding pieces of your old self again - Things you enjoy, your peace, your spark.

Life begins to feel lighter, safer, and full of possibility. And for the first time in a long time, you might actually start loving life again!

Most of my life was filled with abuse so I'm now using that trauma experience to coach others into a better place again too!
