We will work together to fit the item to you and I’ll show you some techniques and tricks to re stitch it.

MUST HAVE
Some sewing experience and skills, machine and by hand
A NON STRETCH item think shirts,jackets, trousers. Fabrics like wool, cotton and linen weave.

Something a little different for this page🧘🏻‍♀️ a new online practice, exploring different aspects of Yoga whilst following a story of seasonal traditions, folklore, Legends and stories offerings of journal prompts for written or other mediums. .yoga

Winter is coming ❄️

Bonfires and evergreen is an online live practise, stay cosy at home whilst journey through a seasonal story of folklore and myth.

Moving through gentle Yin Yoga Asana (poses), exploring pranyama (breath) and a guided yoga Nidra. This practise will blend midwinter traditions with yogic practise, journaling prompts also offered🧘🏻‍♀️

Deep winter is a time of replenishment and rest. Bringing the outside in, bringing light and fire into the longest nights.
