This is my response to the governments advice that has emerged today. This advice suggested that those within the creative industry should consider retraining in a different career.
Life would not be enjoyable without Art/Design/Dance/Music, it influences how we think and what we feel. To be tossed aside so carelessly by the government is a disgrace. It feels so deflating to have spent the last three years at University studying my Textile design degree to then receive this complete lack of support by the government.
So as a reminder to myself and all my fellow creatives, ‘Keep Creating’ ❤️
