โญNew logo, same purpose โญ

Today, we're proud to unveil the new logo for our brand - one that reflects our heritage, values, and the landscape that inspires everything we do.

At the heart of our new logo is Freebrough Hill, a landmark steeped in history and local tradition. Standing watch over the North York Moors for generations, it represents resilience, character, and a deep connection to the land and farming communities that have shaped this region for centuries.

More than a design update, our new logo is a reflection of who we are: rooted in tradition, committed to supporting farmers, and passionate about creating exceptional products from natural fibres.

A symbol shaped by the land. A story woven through generations.

If a carpet could talk.....

Shearing 2026 is finished with, and the sheep are so happy to get their fleeces off ๐ŸคŽ the carpet that we Shear on has been in our family forever! I can't remember a time when we didn't have it, so it must be at least two generations old, if not three! Can you imagine the stories it would tell?!

The wool from these sheep will feed directly into the Freebrough Collection ๐Ÿ’œ

We have some exciting things happening in the next few weeks, so keep following along and sharing what we are doing ๐Ÿงถ

๐Ÿ‘ It's clipping time ๐Ÿ‘

It's that time of year where everyone is now weather watching to get the perfect window to clip their sheep. Fingers crossed we will get ours clipped next week, which will feed directly into the 26/27 Freebrough Collection ๐ŸคŽ

We have also been in touch with three more farmers to join the North Yorks Moors Tweed fold, so keep following along to hear more about what other collections we are planning for next year ๐Ÿ’œ

It's a strange feeling organising wool for 26/27, when we still have yet to get our first run of Tweed and Throws through ๐Ÿงถ Although it's taken longer that what we had hoped, we still fully believe in this process, and can't wait to share this year long project with you all soon ๐ŸคŽ

๐Ÿงถ Our trip to the Dyers ๐Ÿงถ

Huge thanks to Park Valley Dyers for letting us come and explore their factory! As always, it was super fascinating and the scale of the operation is huge ๐Ÿ‘

We were SO excited to see our wool, some of which had already been dyed ๐ŸคŽ a couple more weeks and it should head to the next (and final) stage - the weavers ๐Ÿคฉ

Thanks to everyone who continues to support and believe in us! We are forever grateful for that ๐Ÿ™ This whole process has not been quick, but good things come to those who wait ๐ŸคŽ๐Ÿ’œ

๐Ÿงถ The Spinning Process ๐Ÿงถ

Some of you were asking for some more information about the spinning process - so here it is ๐ŸคŽ

It has been amazing to see all of these different processes, and we can't wait to show you the next- the dying stage!

๐ŸคŽ Introducing Rosedale - our third and final collection for 2026๐ŸคŽ

A landscape shaped by both beauty and industry ๐Ÿ‘

Rosedale is wild, open, and quietly dramatic. Integrated into its landscape is a deep history of ironstone mining, with traces of it still running through the valley, woven into the land itself.

This collection draws from that contrast: softness and strength, refinement and rawness, heritage and landscape side by side โœจ๏ธ

The wool comes from sheep rooted in this place - part of the same story, shaped by the same ground ๐Ÿงถ

Rosedale is our final collection for 2026, but there is so much more to come ๐ŸคŽ
