Return and refund policy:
A return & refund is only permitted if there is a fault with the item received, all items are checked before sending to the customer. If measurements are not requested & the item does not fit then we can't accept a return on the item purchased. We recommend requesting measurements before any purchase by the customer. Most Spanish sizes are a little smaller than uk sizes. It is down to the customer to ask for measurements on any items you maybe interested in.
