I swear, every time I sit down with my fabric and thread, thinking “just one more quick stitch before bed,” that needle turns into the tiniest eye in the universe. Suddenly, my hands are shaking, my eyes are squinting, and my patience? Gone quicker than my last cup of tea. ☕️

Honestly, I’m convinced these needles have a secret life—they wait all day to test us after dark! Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like they need a magnifying glass and a prayer at that hour?

Why pay for a gym membership when you can wrestle a king-size quilt on a sewing table that’s barely bigger than a tea tray? 🧵💪

I swear, nothing gets my heart rate up like pinning, folding, and wrangling metres of fabric without knocking over my cuppa or losing my scissors for the tenth time. Who needs squats when you’re crawling under the table to rescue a runaway bobbin?

Honestly, I’m convinced that quilting is the original full-body workout—minus the sweaty gym selfies and plus a whole lot more satisfaction (and maybe a few extra biscuits).

Let’s be real: if you’ve ever finished a massive quilt, you deserve a medal, not a gym pass! 🏅
