Lovely day DPD UK have dumped £100 worth of stock over a gate broken my gate dispite someone was in all day, and when you ring them you get screwed about because they want yes no answers dispite their incompetent drivers. There is also another £140 worth of the stock order (same consignment) apparently untracked on another van.
So summerise, DPD driver shows up, dumps stock over 6ft gate, damadges the gate (that will now need replacing) and now im wondering if the rest of my stock will even show up, and the customer service fobs you off and screws me about the one with half of my order missing and damage to my property. For the record anything sent from Pith & Vinegar Leather will never be sent via dpd as I wouldnt trust they can deliver it safely or sort out if a problem happens in transit.
