Today at Vintage on the Nith: Scandinavian animals.

A reminder that the 'low road' to Glencaple is closed on Tuesday until 31st January next year!!!! We hope this will not deter you from visiting the shop. The village can still be accessed on the 'high road' up past the old hospital and college. In a masterpiece of understatement: as the sign says: 'Sorry for any inconvenience'

Today at Vintage on the Nith: more of the usual.

From Monday 1st September the lower road to Glencaple will be closed for 5 months for works being carried out by SP Energy. The village can still be accessed by the road up by the old hospital and college. We hope you will continue to come, visit us and support us throughout this time. We appreciate you enabling us to do the thing we love.

Today at Vintage on the Nith: 1970s Italian light heaven.

1970s Italian pendant lights by AV Mazzega featuring spherical opaline milk glass shades with an amber insert and lovely chrome fixtures. The graduated set hang from a circular chrome base. The single one is much larger than the grouping.

Taken straight from a Glasgow ceiling so in full working order.

A really fabulous piece of period lighting. Will sell separately.
