Instead of letting this shirt fall into the “boring basics” pile, I challenged myself to restyle it using only what it already had.
The collar? Now a handmade bow sitting on the pocket.
The pocket? Reshaped with new corners for a softer, more modern look.
The hem? Gathered with a drawstring made from its own offcuts.

Every detail comes from the shirt itself — nothing added, nothing thrown away.
It’s amazing how much personality a garment reveals when you give it a second life.
