You're Never Fully Dressed Without Dior
While the design of a T-shirt and what it’s being worn with is very important to the portrait of a man’s image, so is the cologne (perfume) that he chooses to wear.
Wearing cologne gives your look a 3D effect, aromatizing the image you want to portray, of yourself, to the nose of whoever’s in your presence. A scent is more than just a smell, the mist of fragrance that kisses the air at the press of an atomizer carries a story, told by the ingredients used to make that fragrance.
Like Dior’s Sauvage elixir, to me, it narrates a very strong, masculine yet eloquent (because of its complexities) tale. So for this reason, it’s not something I would wear with colourful summer clothes, but something I would wear with clothes with a similar description.
The idea is to find the right clothes that speak the same or similar language as your cologne. Granting you the ability to leave more of a lasting impression on your chosen target 🎯.
So the next time you choose to buy perfume or decide to put some on before you leave your house, consider what you’ll wear it with and try to match the mood of your cologne...with your outfits tone.
