Sometimes the hardest battles aren’t the ones people can see. 💭
Living with BPD means feeling everything deeply — the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
It means being triggered by things that seem small to others, but feel like earthquakes inside your chest.
It means trying to rebuild yourself daily while still showing up for the people you love.
These slides really spoke to me — because they show what trauma and BPD can look like behind the smiles. From exhaustion and brain fog, to rejection sensitivity and emotional flooding… it’s not attention-seeking, it’s overwhelming.
But here’s the truth I’ve learned: even on the hardest days, healing is happening. 💫
Sometimes it’s loud, sometimes it’s silent — but every moment you choose to keep going is strength.
So if today feels heavy, be gentle with yourself. You don’t have to have it all together. You’re allowed to rest, cry, pause — and still be proud of yourself.
✨ This is your reminder that you are not too much, not broken, and never alone. ✨
