I'm off and running with my loom now. Here's my second project waiting for finishing, it's the bread bag from the latest Spin Off magazine. Lots of learning has occurred and my sides leave something to be desired but I feel I've achieved a lot.

As my health problems were causing me big problems with weaving, I recently downsized my floor loom, 4 shafts not 8 and half the width, and a change from counterbalance to jack. Having made the decision at the end of August I ended up being unable to find much time to play, I had to wait for it to arrive, then I had to wait before I had time to assemble it, the next wait was to find time to warp it, and the final wait was finding the time to settle down and weave. However all the waiting has been worthwhile as I got this off the loom today. 13" wide and 6' long. I'm so pleased with it
