Good evening champions!

We are looking forward to Warhammer 40K Armageddon dropping this month and like you we’re excited.

To celebrate the launch we will be doing a good old fashioned midnight release!

From 9pm on Friday 19th we will have games of 11th edition on the tables and the coffee machine will be in full swing.

Then come midnight you can get your hands on the Armageddon box and jump into the contents right there.

We will have some fun stuff going on with some sweet treats and other surprises.

So if you’ve preordered (or looking to pick up a box in the excitement) join us for the biggest Warhammer 40K release of the year.

2 Years, Champions! What a birthday weekend.

We’ve had a brilliant time celebrating 2 years of The Arena, and when we stop to think about everything that’s happened, it’s honestly a lot. This time last year we were still properly finding our feet, and since then we’ve seen so many changes, upgrades, new events, new shelves, new crafted products, and plenty of improvements to the shop, the gaming space, and of course The Ivory Ferret.

And, because we don’t know how to sit still like normal people, there are plenty more exciting things coming this year too.

But The Arena is only what it is because of you—our Champions.

You’ve shown up, played games, supported events, brought friends, taught new players, filled the hall, rolled dice, shuffled decks, shared laughs, and helped keep this community growing strong.

It’s been a genuine pleasure getting to know so many of you, and we’re incredibly grateful that we get to keep building this place together.

Here’s to 2 years of The Arena—and to many more strong years ahead.

Morning champions!

It’s almost our birthday weekend! We will be taking in the sights at Carronade on Saturday morning so won’t be open until 12 but we are raring to go straight after.

We have demo games lined up, table fees are half price all day Saturday and Sunday and Sunday night is our family friendly monthly quiz.

We have something new to launch for our champions as well as these awesome prizes in our raffle.

So pop in and roll some dice or shuffle some cards and join in the fun!

Hello Champions!

It’s Birthday bash weekend and we have a cracking raffle for you. All the prizes pictured are up for grabs and to take part all you need to do is pop in for a game (it’s half price table fees all weekend) or make a purchase to be in with a chance.

The countdown is on for our 2nd Birthday bash. All weekend we will have half price table fees, a raffle with some awesome prizes for anyone playing or making a purchase in the shop.

We will also have demo games available and you can check out our immersive D&D room the Ivory Ferret!

Wrapping up on Sunday will be the return of the monthly quiz from 6pm.

Good morning Champions!

It’s an exciting week at the Arena this week without even having to mention the big GW reveal 😂

We are gearing up for our 2nd Birthday this weekend and have loads planned for both days including:
• Raffle prizes with tickets from playing a game or making a purchase in the shop.
• Demo games all weekend. Check out some games you’ve never played or fancied coming back to including, Star Wars Legion, 40K, Malifaux, Marvel Crisis Protocol and other systems.
• The monthly quiz on Sunday at 6pm with a birthday twist.
• Half price table fees all weekend.
• Good chance there will be cake.
• Plus a couple of special announcements.

Hey Champions

It’s been a quieter weekend thanks to the sunny weather and we hope you’ve all had fun and stayed protected!

This week promises to be a busier week, starting with TCG Tuesday and card games galore. Wednesday is community night with all sorts of table top games and magic Commander.

Friday kicks off the weekend with our first ever Flesh and Blood prerelease alongside Friday night Magic and Riftbound nexus.

Saturday is the return of The Brightons Bowl with the hall full of blood bowl coaches rolling block dice as well as a magic legacy event.

Sunday rounds out the weekend with our 40K academy in the morning for under 18’s and drop in gaming the rest of the day.

So why not pop down join in the action and the fun.

We’ve had a wee stock drop to refresh our range of board/family games and there are some great games to check out on the shelves.

We still have some new Pokemon available for our under 18 collectors so pop in while they are still there.

This weekend sees the Strixhaven set champs on Saturday but we have gaming and card space all weekend.
