Argyle prints are everywhere thanks to the influence of Traitors and our Claudia - I wonder who will be banished tonight !?. We have several instore - but loving these new arrivals from Kaffe - would you go short sleeved knit or cardigan ? Or even the full twin set 😀.

New Jewellery. Yes, we know we have quite a few already but these magnetic brooches (poppies and tray) are such a fun way to jazz up a coat or jacket that Lesley could not resist! And the earrings. Well, it’s always good to have choice and they make lovely gifts ….

We at Vivaldi love winter white jeans - albeit with a long sleeved knit - so just on cue here’s Gillian looking fabulous in the Kaffe knit in this seasons’s burnt orange. For those less brave wear with navy, black or bitter chocolate - as we said yesterday it’s only Autumn so if you can’t keep it light keep it bright.

This week’s windows in shades of toffee or olive- both teamed with cream. It may be Autumn but we do like to keep it light - it’s not winter yet afterall. What would you choose ?!

Just in time - as temperatures dip - Fransa knitwear has arrived. But would you choose a slogan knit or a pretty sleeve, one of this season’s shades or classic navy brown or grey ? Regardless of what you fancy there is plenty to choose from!

A day off yesterday for Lesley who can highly recommend the Cosprop exhibition at the Dovecoat studios in Edinburgh. With over 60 years of working with film and TV studios to develop perfect period costumes there are many classics - pieces from A Room with a View and House of Elliot to John’s Depp’s Captain Jack Sparrow pirate coat and Colin Firth’s white shirt from the infamous scene in Pride and Prejudice. On until January - it’s definitely worth a visit.
