WHAT A TEAM!!! ✨
As another HUGE Back to School starts to settle down, and some of our holiday girls get ready to head back to uni, I’ve been thinking about just how lucky I am to have this lot.
Firstly, Michelle, Leila & Sammi — my absolute rocks. The support you give me, the team and the shop is incredible. You keep everything moving, step in wherever you’re needed, solve problems before I even know they exist 😂 and have helped make this BTS the success it has been. I genuinely couldn’t do it without you three. ❤️
This BTS we also said goodbye to our lovely Lucy, who left us at the end of July to start her next adventure becoming a teacher 🥹🍎 We miss having you in the madness, but we are so excited for you and know you’re going to be amazing!
Then our holiday girls / uni unicorns / zero-hour queens - Freya, Jemima & Breagh — you come back, slot straight in as though you’ve never been away and help us survive the crazy weeks! Now you’re all starting to disappear back to uni again and we’ll miss you!
Iona, you have really stepped up this BTS and I’ve loved watching your confidence grow. Anna & Elo, you’ve learned FAST, been thrown right into the deep end and just got on with it brilliantly. And Eilidh & Elva — learning so quickly, getting stuck into everything and becoming excellent crowd-management queens in the process 😂👏
And Jen T, casually sneaking back in for a cheeky bit of cover when we need her… once M&M, always M&M 😂🩷
You have ALL worked ridiculously hard. Measuring, fitting, finding shoes, restocking, answering phones, managing queues, tidying up after the chaos, looking after nervous little ones, chatting to parents and somehow keeping the shop fun and happy through it all.
The atmosphere in the shop this Back to School has been AMAZING — and that’s because of you lot.
I know how lucky I am. 🥹
