Just a heads up, our summer break is on its way! ☀️

We’ll be closed from Monday 3rd August to Sunday 16th August while the team takes a well-earned rest.

The one exception: Saturday 15th August, we’ll be open for pointe shoe fittings only, by appointment.

Normal hours resume Monday 17th August, 9:30am–5pm.

Before your pointe shoe fitting, please take a moment to read through — it’ll help everything run smoothly on the day! 🩰

What to bring — If you’ve previously worn demi-pointe or pointe shoes, please bring them along with any padding. This helps our fitters make helpful comparisons for your fitting.

✔️Teacher approval — You must have your ballet teacher’s permission before beginning pointe work. If our fitters feel you’re not quite ready, we won’t proceed — but we’ll always offer guidance and advice to help you get there. Dancer safety is always our number one priority 🫶🏼

🩹 Foot health — Please ensure any injuries, even minor ones like blisters or cuts, have fully healed before your appointment as these can affect the accuracy of your fitting.

💅 Toenail care — Please arrive with neatly trimmed toenails — we really do mean this one! 😊

🩰 What to wear — Convertible ballet tights or ballet socks so we can properly check fit and alignment.

🛍️ After your fitting — Once ribbons and elastics are sewn, pointe shoes become final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Want a recheck before sewing? Please come back to us — we’re always happy to see you!
