We are Seiko lens specialists and run a Dry Eye clinic as well as stocking stylish eyewear for all ages. Ever find yourself holding your phone, a menu, or the newspaper a little further away than you used to?

That could be presbyopia, a completely normal part of ageing where the lens in your eye gradually loses flexibility. This makes it harder to focus on things up close, and it usually becomes noticeable from your early-to-mid 40s onwards.

It's just your eyes changing over time, as everything else does. If close-up tasks are becoming more difficult, it could be a good time to book an eye exam.
