Hello September… 🍁

I love Autumn but Summer has whizzed by so fast. It’s been a very busy few months with all sorts of sewing from Prom and occasion dresses to tweak to jeans shortening, replacement zips, to bridal alterations and everything
inbetween! 🪡🧵

⭐️ I’m booking in new appointments from 21st September, with “drop off” alterations possible a little sooner

⭐️ Christmas is 16 weeks away!

⭐️ Bookings for Prom and Wedding dress alterations for 2027 have begun

After a few days off last week I hit the ground running this week.. lots of lovely customers and plenty of stitchery to keep me busy 💖

We’ve had some early walkies to beat the heat.. with plenty of paddling in ( and barking at ) the waves and snacking on blackberries in the woods. Suki was a very good girl at the vets today for her check up too ( check her out watching the birds in their garden! 🙈)

I’m now booking in appointments from 7th September, “drop off” alterations are possible a little sooner 💖

Prom season for 2026 is over but wedding season is in full swing.. I’m now fully booked for July and am booking in from the 2nd week of August at the moment.

Did you see last week’s Strawberry Moon? ( I can never do the moon justice when I photograph it!)

It’s been a busy June, with lots of wedding and bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride/groom outfits and not forgetting prom dresses to alter
I’m very grateful for a cooler workroom this Summer too!
(If you’re waiting for your Drop Off alteration to be completed I thank you for your patience.. I really do need another pair of hands at this time of year.. maybe I can train Suki to help out 😄)

I’m now booking in fitting appointments towards the end of July. Drop offs still available to book in from mid July

Good morning everyone🙋🏻‍♀️

Lots of stitchery completed this week, you can almost see the sparks flying out of my sewing machine 🤣
My rails are full of pretty dresses and wedding outfits and there are all sorts of alterations awaiting their turn to be tweaked.

I am fully booked now until July .. thank you for keeping my business busy
