A little update . Dear everyone, I have been listening to my body the past few days as I've been flat out and realised I have needed to take time for rest. I'm sure most of you understand the importance of rest, especially when juggling motherhood and running your own business it’s just easily gets forgotten about, it feels like a failure to stop and rest, however living life so full can take it’s toll.
For all those who are waiting so so patiently for this eagerly anticipated new collection, thank you and all my preorders, beyond grateful, will still be honoured , the spring drop is so nearly here and the website should be updated end of next week. For now I am listening in and reminding all of you that may need to hear it. Slow and steady ♥️ below is a poem that rings so true.
“If the mountain seems too big today, then climb a hill instead.
If the morning brings you sadness, its okay to stay in bed.
If the day ahead seems heavy and your plans feel like a curse,
There’s no shame in rearranging; don’t make yourself feel worse.
If a shower stings like needles, and a bath feels like you’ll drown,
If you haven’t washed your hair in days, don’t throw away your crown.
A day is not a lifetime, a rest is not defeat.
Don’t think of it as failure, just a quiet, kind retreat.
It’s okay to take a moment from an anxious, fractured mind.
The world will not stop turning while you get realigned.
The mountain will still be there, when you want to try again.
You can climb it in your own time; just love yourself til then.”
