Dear Customers ,it had been another great prom season and now over and preparing for next year 2027 prom .I would like to say a big thank you to all those lovely ladies that bought a dress from my collection .
We are already all stocked up with new styles dresses which l am sure you are going to love .
Also had to make the decision
that from now on when booking an appointment there will be £10 nonrefundable deposit fee .
If you do find a dress it will be taken off bill , and also in bridal alteration booking there will also be the £10 deposit which will be taken off the final bill .
No refunds if you cancel appointment or don’t show and sorry even if you don’t buy a dress .
If you cancel and reschedule before 48 hours you don’t loose the deposit ,it will be transferred with the next appointment .
I hope you do understand that l reserve a private appointment of an hour with myself and sale assistant.
