I love snow, being all cosy while out in the cold is my favourite thing, and leo is loving being able to sit in the sled and be pulled along 😂

Hello 🎉🎉

Hope you are all well and have had a lovely time over the festive break!

News wise, roar will be re-opening for made to order hats at the end of the week.

I’ll be knitting a stash of headbands too, would you rather I release each headband as it’s knitted or wait until I have a few and launch them all together?

Luxe hats are new and improved. Leo is currently sporting one here and you’ll notice the band is significantly different. It’s double lined on the band so extra cosy on the ears. However I don’t think we’ll see any new luxe until autumn time. I’ll be creating an autumn collection over the coming months and will release them later in the year. Of course though if you have any custom ideas for hats this is the time to contact me as we are typically entering the quiet time for ROAR so I have plenty of time to get creative with customs. Once the busier times roll round custom orders unfortunately have to wait until the new year.

I think that’s pretty much it. I’ve a few person knits I’ve been sharing on my stories so check those out if you fancy a nosy. I’m currently knitting a pair of socks I started in 2020, it’s been an on off project and I’m determined to have them finished this year!

Anyways if you’ve made it this far, well done 😂

Oh my goodness

I’m blown away, with how popular headbands have been. There won’t be any more released before Christmas but they will certainly return in the new year.

Size wise, what would you be looking for? Adult, child, toddler or baby? What is your preference?

This is the return side of a headband which shows the cable, which runs through the centre of the entire headband.

Last I checked, we have 4 headbands left, two adult and two toddler, so my advice is to move fast. I’ll be packing up remaining orders this Thursday ready for sending on Friday.

Headbands are now available on the website at the introductory price of £15!!!

Ideal for gifts, sticking fillers or secret Santa’s! There is only one in each colour so if you have your eye on one you’ll need to move fast!

I have also updated our shipping, I have always shipped with Hermes but this year I’ve had too many parcels go missing which as you can imagine has caused major stress so everything will be shipped with Royal Mail now and you can pick which shipping rate you would prefer, so everything from second class right up to 24hr tracked.

Last night was pretty productive, I managed an additional 3 headbands!!

Today we’re heading out for a bit of family time, although while in the car I’ll be working on greens and blues, hopefully we’ll be going full spectrum with the headbands!!

The beginnings of a headband.

With the headbands I’m going to knit the base first, then once I have all my desired colours I’ll see them into headbands so here we have the first 3 and a half:

Top is finished, middle have been knitted and the red at the bottom is still on the needles as it’s only half knitted

I can’t wait for you all to see the full collection, I think, and I hope it’ll look pretty cool.
