It's a B-A-D-C-E for me!

Environmental concerns have always been a huge influencing factor for me choosing reusable cloth nappies. Seeing the amount of single-use plastic waste produced by one small baby was enough to kick start my cloth journey.

That is closely followed by the money saved in the long-run and convenience of not having to run down to the shop for yet more nappies (we were always forgetting / leaving it until last minute)!

If the prospect of using cloth nappies is a little daunting, just remember it doesn't have to be 'all or nothing!' Whether you go the whole hog, use them part-time or take a break every so often; the benefits are multiple - to you, your baby and your bank balance!

It's Book Week here in Scotland and my son was allowed to take his favourite book to school this week.

He chose 'I am a Tiger,' a hilarious story about a little mouse with big ideas. I love hearing him laugh out loud every time we read it!
