Well after another crazy ass weekend, that wraps up August 🗓️
What a month it was and I truly can’t believe it! Record after record smashed, the viral French Breakfast, new milk from Lochhill Dairy Co and thousands of beans from Cairngorm Coffee brewed 😮‍💨
All of this wouldn’t be possible without you all so from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much! Speaking as head of operations of Tasse, my job is truly the best and the most fun in the world 🌍
An extra special thank you to Jill for all her unseen work that nobody sees, Chris and the Barras Market team and lastly all the regulars and stallholders who come by every week! ☕️

ITS FRIDAY 🥐
Which means we are back tomorrow and Sunday 10am til 4pm only Barras Market 🕓
We’ve got many litres of cold brew, many litres of cold foam (haters gonna hate), double the litres of Juicy T and many litres of Lochhill Dairy Co our new milk supplier - some more info on that soon 🥛☕️

🌞 WHATS YOUR FAVOURITE? ☕️
The love for the new specials has been truly unbelievable and I love how much everyone is enjoying them 🥐
I’ve had a lot of people asking what’s the inspiration behind these and my best answer is that the morning ritual has moved far beyond just getting a caffeine hit. With these, I’ve tried to create an experience with each special, especially the French Breakfast - an experience that you can be involved with 🚬
There’s a lot of exciting things happening behind the scenes right now so keep your eyes peeled 👀
