On the days it doesn’t feel worth it, keep going.

When the progress feels invisible. When the session was awful. When everyone else seems further along. Keep going. The fighters who make it aren’t the most talented. They’re the ones who refused to stop when it got hard. Discipline on the easy days is nothing. Discipline on days like today.
