Returns - Please make sure you read and understand our return policy before placing an order. If you are not happy with your item you can return within 14 days of receiving your order. If you have received the wrong item or it is damaged or faulty please message us on the page as soon as possible. All refunds will be processed when we can inspect the item on return and in the same condition as it
was sent out. This means you being careful when trying on the clothing and that no make-up, deodorant, fake tan or perfume are found on the garment. If your item is received between 14-28 days we will issue you with a credit for the equivalent amount. All return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty when we will only refund the least expensive delivery method. We advise that you return you items either signed for or recorded delivery. This would allow you to make a claim against your chosen postage service if your item goes missing. Stardust Style Boutique will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customers behalf.
