This kilt belonged to a young pipe band member and was sent in by a returning customer. The alteration included reshaping the kilt to her measurements, adjusting the waistband so the tartan matched correctly, and letting down the hem for a little extra length.

Yesterday’s kilt, fully repaired.

Despite major hidden damage and previous repairs, I was able to preserve the centre apron and restore the kilt to a wearable condition.
