It's peak peach season, so why not try this delicious peach, tomato, prosciutto and burrata platter for your next gathering? Just add our Porto Heart Dishes filled with olives and a sunshine-inspired table setting complete with Bamboo Lanterns.

Ingredients:
4 ripe yellow peaches, de-stoned & cut into wedges
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp pistachios
6 prosciutto slices, torn
6 vine tomatoes, quartered
1 shallot, thinly sliced
4 sundried tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp capers
Handful fresh thyme leaves
Handful fresh basil leaves
1/2 lemon, zested
1 whole burrata
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Black pepper
Method:
Lightly oil your grill rack. Lie the peaches flat on the rack and grill under a medium heat for 10-15 minutes until golden and lightly charred.
In a dry frying pan, lightly toast your pistachios until smelling nutty. Set aside to cool then roughly chop.
To the same frying pan, add 2 slices of prosciutto and fry until golden and very crisp. Set aside to cool before breaking into shards.
Assemble all of your salad ingredients on your platter.
Dress with 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, honey and black pepper.
