When these Solutions came in they were flat, with a rounded toe and a square edge. Now they're back to their proper spec with a deep downturn, pointed offset toe and snow plow edge.

Don't accept anything else when getting your Solutions resoled!

On the 22nd of June I was invited to SCARPA HQ in Asolo, Italy through Mountain Boot Company to be authorized as an official Scarpa Resoler.

It was an honour to be invited and get a glimpse into the workings of such a dedicated manufacturer.

When in stock, I'll be using authorized pre-cut soles and you'll eventually see their official logo on my website and the soles of your Scarpa shoes!

I may have more exciting details to come soon. Keep an eye out. 👌

La Sportiva Solution Comp resoled with Vibram XS Grip 2.👌

In my opinion, one of the best aggressive shoes ever designed and loads of potential for resoling if sent in early enough.

& were kind enough to send me some pre-cuts a while ago to mess about with while I work towards certification. I don't get many Veloce in at the right size for the pre-cuts but here's a pair from the last TCH Edinburgh collection. 👌

I'll now be offering Evolv Trax rubber for all you Evolv fans!

SAS is comparable to Vibram XS Grip 2 but slightly stiffer and hard wearing. A good all round compound.

The FT74 is comparable to Scarpa S72 and Unparallel RS and offers extreme sensitivity and stickiness.

I'll offer both compounds in 3.5mm and 4.2mm
