We've long wanted to show you guys this ringmaster corset Sasha made as a practice set when she learned leather corsetry last year. We are really excited to work with leather again, so please hit us up if that's your thing. We don't mind spicy themes, but you could also be a goth, an alt baddie, a biker or a historic reenactor. A corset vest is a great option to give you support and contour all over. A lot of people in the comments have been asking about more feminine designs. I guess the ready to wear industry conditioned people to only choose out of the available options presented to them. It is more effort to take a leap of the imagination and envision yourself in something that doesn't exist, then reach out and ask a corset maker to create it. However, we absolutely can do that, and we are always happy to expand our portfolio with something that hasn't been made. I know it's frustrating to hear that you need a binder to get a binder, but our main concern is your safety. There are health risks to binding, and there are, admittedly, health risks to wearing corsets, so we want to take the most conservative approach possible. Conventional binders have the benefit of elastic fabric, which means that they only compress the breast as much as the flesh allows. Every breast is different, some are more compressible, some are less compressible. The only way we can actually see how your body reacts to compression is by taking measurements in a compressed state and then refining that shape further via mockup fittings.

There seems to be a misconception fueled by historically inaccurate TV shows that a corset needs to be laced (as in putting the ribbons through the grommets) directly on the body each time. In reality, I almost never unlace my corsets. The whole process takes maybe 3-5 minutes with a partner or on my own. I asked my husband to write and record an extra detailed tutorial so that even the people who have never done it would have no trouble.

Happy Glorious Revolution day to all my fellow citizens of Ankh-Morpork! May we all have truth, justice, freedom and a hard-boiled egg. This was a very special commission for us, and we are beyond happy to have brought it to life. The way Sir Terry Pratchett describes Lady Sybil is unique and refreshing, and this approach to plus-sized bodies has a special place in our hearts.
