Morning ladies! Just wanted to say thank you to everybody who has come to the Dunfermline and Glenrothes shops over the past week. We are busier than I genuinely could have ever imagined and I am so grateful🙏🏼
Our team in Dunfermline is mostly new, and the girls have been absolutely fantastic on their first week, especially since it’s been so busy! We’re doing on average 40 transactions a day, that’s 40 people where we’re spending minimum 15 minutes with to help fit you in a bra, which is honestly double what I thought it was going to be and had prepared for😅 it’s been a very intense learning week for them and they are getting on amazing despite it. It has also been a new challenge for myself navigating having to train a new team on the job as well as do the job itself (bottle of wine this Saturday incoming)🤣
Orders have also been delayed in both shops this week which means we’ve been running low on stock to sell and are behind with our special orders, which is so so frustrating for me and we should get all texts our today. I’m not leaving until we do! I’m so sorry to all who this has affected! Orders I placed on Monday last week have both arrived yesterday for our shops, we’d usually get them on the Wednesday 🙁
Please, if you are visiting us in Dunfermline just know that it’s week two and we are 100% doing our best, we all start somewhere and the goal always remains the same for us, to give you the best experience and offer you advice and to never be pushy or disrespectful, which was always my experience in past bra shops.
