Look at these amazing Bears!!

For Ouma and Oupa 🩷💙

When I say they are full of memories it is not an understatement!!

They have been created using 2 of Oupas shirts that had been MADE by Ouma and there were sewn to perfection!! I had to make sure my own handy work was up to standard!

There were also some fondly remembered curtains, treasured crotchet pieces that Ouma had also made, as well as some fabric that had been used for various projects and some beautifully embroidered fabric used for head and armrest covers.

This unusual combination of materials is absolutely bursting with memories and have all come together so well and created these 4 stunning bears.

Yes there were tears on the doorstep, happy and sad 😢 🥲 they were an absolute honour to make 💛🧡🤎🩵

Well… it’s been a little while! 👋🏻

If you’ve noticed I’ve been a bit quiet on here recently, don’t worry - I’m still very much here 🧵

Life has been full of the usual juggling act of being a busy working mum with multiple tabs open while spending my days creating your beautiful keepsakes ✂️ When my order book gets busy, something has to give, and unfortunately it’s usually social media. I’d much rather put my time into your keepsakes than into my phone ❤️

It’s school leaver season at the moment too, which means there are lots of special uniforms being transformed into keepsakes. I can’t wait to start sharing them with you over the coming weeks (along with lots of bears I’ve made earlier this year that I’ve never got around to posting!).

Thank you, as always, for your patience, your orders and your continued support. It truly means the world to my little business.

There are a few more super busy weeks until the end of the summer term when I can have a little bit more breathing room but I will try my best to show a bit more presence on here 🧸✨

It’s that time again!! Isn’t this keepsake frog fantastic - he was a hit a few years back and I was so happy to make another one this year!

I’ve already created lots of school leavers keepsakes for this year already, some people just wanting to get ahead and some who wanted their children to have their keepsakes with them for the last few months of primary school🥹

I have spoken to sooooo many of you regarding school leavers keepsakes so if you did want to get something made in time for the end of the summer term now is the time to send your uniform in.

Those of you that know me or have spoken to me will know I try to book out as much of June and July as I can for keepsakes and the only way I can confirm your order is once I have your clothes, a monetary deposit does not hold your space only the clothes do.

Another large keepsake bear with a matching memory cushion 🐻

Made in memory of a much loved lady whose family miss her dearly.

I took inspiration from the patchwork cushion I designed and created a patchwork pieces that I could then use for the bear.

It took twice as long as a standard bear but worth every extra minute because she is just gorgeous - the body, arms and legs each have 3 individual pieces that needed to be sewn together first to create patchwork style that complements the cushion.

Happy Birthday Mum 🩷 she’s one of my biggest fans and I love her with all my heart ❤️ it’s been a right old year with lots of emotional milestones and this is a big one 💛 first one without my dad, her husband 💛 sure families have there ups and downs but he did leave an unfillable void, we can only try to bridge the gap and be there for her as much as we can. We love you mum thank you for being you and everything you do for all of us, we hope you enjoy your special day today because you deserve it #########

Look at these 2 Large Bears, they are absolutely full of memories!!

I’ve make keepsakes for this gentleman before - a big character and his clothes reflect that and all his interests and loves in life!!

Comedy was a big thing and that was included in his previous keepsakes with lots of references to Only fools and horses - as there is here too!

But as well as his love for comedy - his love of cowboys shows in these too - the shirts with the embroidery and my favourite and a first - the metal collar tips! They had to be included- I’ve snapped these guys from every angle to show all the details!

I also embroidered a cowboy hat on to the foot pad as a little added extra 💙 they are just so special 💙
