🌡️ Dressing your baby can feel like a challenge at the best of times…

Vest or no vest? Cardigan? Hat? Socks? 🤔

Then the warm weather arrives, and suddenly bedtime can feel like a whole new minefield!

One of the questions I’m asked most often is, “What should my baby wear to bed when it’s hot?” That’s why I wanted to share this handy guide to help take some of the guesswork out of those warmer nights.

Remember, every baby is different. The best way to check if your little one is comfortable is to feel the back of their neck or chest—they should feel warm, not hot or sweaty, and not cold. Hands and feet often feel cooler than the rest of the body, so they’re not the most reliable way to judge your baby’s temperature.
