I am feeling so grateful today. This week I have received flowers, cards and gifts, so many I feel so blessed.
It feel like this week there has been a sudden shift, the universe is saying this is your thing run with it.
As a few of you know I have always maintained a part time "proper job" but my passion was always sewing. Tomorrow is my last day in the office as that contract ends. So this time I am not going looking for another contract, I am going to concentrate on sewing, mending, remaking for you and creating unique pieces to sell on my shelf in
This one stands out from a goody bag I was given today, a personal reminder from the loveliest ladies who came for some sewing help and left friends. I am so lucky to meet so many lovely people I can help. You all make me feel very blessed, thank you for your custom and trust😊

What a sad day 💔

Coat of Many Colours is one of my childhood memories, maybe where my love of saving fabric and recycling it came from.
I often ask myself WWDD

Rest in peace now Dolly. An inspiration of kindness and quiet sharing and giving.

Just be you, stand tall and proud and don't let anyone tell you you can't do something or be someone special. Everyone has a gift if they look inside. The more you share it the bigger it grows.

Off back to my fabric patches, hand made with care, love and passion.

Everyone should be more Dolly 🤗💛
