He is from the Mattel Horror Pets toyline, from 1994. This particular little dude is from their "scuttler" sized series of figures, and boy does he scuttle!

I loved horror pets, they were cheap, and typical of the 90s gross toy craze. This guy was £1 from the carboot sale 👌😁

This is a follow up to the humorously titled Montezumas Revenge 😆 a fun and danger filled puzzle game from 1997... I couldn't get past the first level back in those days 😅
