Bantham done ✅
Our team was on-site in Devon all of last weekend for Level Water's Swoosh & Boomerang, meeting swimmers and helping them find their perfect wetsuit and swim goggles!

Level Water exists to close the biggest unmet need in sport: swimming access for children with disabilities. Every entry at Bantham and all of their other open water swim events go towards real one-to-one lessons.

Zone3's support doesn't stop when the tents come down. £1 from every goggle sold goes to Level Water year-round, funding an extra 18 lessons a week and opening up pools that were previously out of reach.

London, this weekend belongs to triathlon. We'll be at the T100 London expo at ExCeL helping you find the right goggle fit and lens choice plus the right wetsuit or swimskin for the conditions.

Same weekend, same venue: the World Triathlon Championship Series returns to London for the first time since 2015, with over 100 of the world's best racing for Olympic qualification points on the road to LA 2028. We're looking forward to cheering on our Zone3 athletes as they take to the course.

Zone3 athletes took to the swim, bike and run this weekend across three continents’ worth of racing, and the results speak for themselves.

From Ironman 70.3 podiums to a Para Series world title and a mixed relay medal on the world stage, the Athletes backed up the training with performance where it counts: on race day.

Most triathletes skip strength work for the same three reasons. All three are myths.

"Too tired"? Efficient muscles fatigue later, not sooner. "No time"? Fifteen minutes at home counts, or swap one session a week. "Don't want to lift heavy"? You don't have to. Control, mobility and endurance work, even Pilates, build real strength.

Stronger means faster, and far more injury-proof.
