Gosh, I can not believe I haven't posted since last October!
18 months into the six month renovation 🤦‍♀️ and there is a teeny, tiny bit of light at the end of the tunnel.
It's been all go since Christmas!

I'm looking forward to having the time to start up my little vintage business again as soon as possible. Just got a bit more decorating to do 😩

Focus on the positives. I love my new, old housekeeper's box sitting atop the utility room cupboard 😍

I've been a bit quiet on here recently as the house renovations and work are keeping me very busy, but I am trading this weekend 🥳

are hosting a fabulous, 2-day vintage, antique & salvaged fair in the Northamptonshire village of Naseby, alongside a vintage motor show.

Here is just a small selection of some lovely bits I will be taking with me.

A post 😊

Things are slowly taking shape on the outside of our little unloved bungalow.

We decided to just repair the pointing, remove the old flaking paint, and repaint in as the cost to render was crazy 😲

15 or so tester pots later 🤦‍♀️ we settled on , a very pale pink.

Hopefully, work will start on the interior very soon 🙏

Needless to say, Tallulah Vintage has been pretty much abandoned whilst I paint, paint, paint ! But I do have a pitch booked at a fair next month 🥳

Vintage Ladybird & Enid Blyton books added to today

I loved The Children of Willow Farm when I was young, then The Famous Five series, all of them!
But my absolute favourite and most treasured set from Enid Blyton was Malory Towers 😊

I love that my children also grew up reading Enid Blyton, such an amazing author.

I bought this cute little stained glass window last week. You never know what I will come home with even when just popping out for milk 😂

I put it on the kitchen window sill as soon as I got home, and that might be just where it stays!
My little window sill chicken family seem to approve, too!
