Is it time to say goodbye? It doesn’t feel like it’s the right time yet, but orders have slowed down again and we’re fully caught up with the mad rush from last month. It’s so hard to know when to say goodbye 😭😭😭 realistically I think when we move house and move out of our studio, it will feel right. Since I announced we’ll be closing soon, it’s been absolutely bonkers. I never in my wildest dreams could have predicted this. You guys are incredible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We’ve managed to get a HUGE amount out, but I think it might slow down a bit now... I’ve got a pile of 35 hoodies to do today before I can move on to the next batch, and they’re a riiiiiight f*cker to print - so bear with me now ❤️ Love you guys so much!!!

Cast your minds back to 2020. It was lockdown. I’d just had a baby, our toddler was only 2, we had zero income coming in now, and no help from the government.
That was the exact moment Northern Power Garms was born. We started off with just one single tee: The North’s Ace. I spent every waking hour feeding the baby, processing and packing orders, and slowly building the most incredible community online.

Fast forward 6 years, and it’s been a proper journey! From the studio to a shop, and back to a studio… But today, I have some big news.

This really isn’t easy to say, but it’s been weighing heavily on my heart for a while now. With the rising costs of everything, paired with the sheer amount of time it takes to run a product-based business alongside YOUR NEW BRAND WINGWOMAN and raising the kids... it’s just all become too much to balance.

So, I’ve made the decision that we will be closing the Northern Power Garms website soon 💔

The past 6 years have been incredible. The community we’ve built, the amazing friends we’ve made, seeing you all rock our tees, we love every single one of you!

This isn’t happening instantaneously, and we WILL still be continuing with workwear printing moving forward!

But this is your heads-up that the main shop is winding down!

The exciting part:
⚡ THIS FRIDAY: We are bringing it full circle back to the product that started it all. It will be the LAST EVER time you will be able to purchase The North’s Ace! You’ll have 24 hours to grab your fave tees, sweaters, and hoodies in all your favourite colourways.

Following Friday’s drop, we’ll keep you in the loop regarding our official closing date. But if there’s an NPG piece you’ve been holding off on buying, please don’t hang about!

(P.S. As everything is printed to order, we won’t be running any crazy clearance discounts, so now is the time to secure your faves as we won’t be restocking prints!)

When I started Northern Power Garms, I wanted to create clothes that brought people together - pieces that made you feel bold, comfy, and connected!

Moments like yesterday on set with this gorgeous mum and daughter duo (Thank you Gem and Hattie!) reminded me why I fell in love with doing this in the first place. Big lols, bright tees, and just the most gorgeous community 🥲
